Jane’s Classes: Hot Flow
Jane comes from a dance background and has found yoga to be the most beneficial compliment to dance, both mentally and physically.
In addition to teaching yoga, Jane has a wealth of experience in dance and fitness, having taught both nationally and internationally for many years. She teaches passionately, eager to pass on all of her knowledge to her students but is forever a student herself. She continues to attend workshops and masterclasses to develop her skills as a holistic yoga teacher.
Janes classes incorporate a mixture of flavours of Dharma yoga, with flow, feel and emphasis on moving deeper into your practice. Jane keeps the focus on the individual, so wherever you are with your yoga practice you are welcome.
